Pre-Orders and Special Orders

Any time we have pre-order opportunities from our vendors, we make a large post to the announcements section of our Discord server (be sure to join!). This announcement typically includes both information on the upcoming pre-orders as well as a link into our custom system to enter your pre-order request. 

Please note - due to the nature of pre-orders, there are times where we will not receive inventory allocation! We will do our best to fulfill as many requests as possible with what we receive.

For our members and during special in-store events, we open up the "Special Order" request form. This is an open form where you can request anything and we will do our best to find it and bring it into the store for you. 

Please note - there are times when we cannot order the item. In those cases, we will notify you as quickly as possible with follow-up information and potential next steps.
